Improving Measurement Capability

This presentation describes how one large organization with more than 20 software product development units is approaching process improvement and the maturing of measurement capability company-wide. You’ll see how the current state of measurement practices across the units was baselined, and work through the steps taken to improve measurement practices within the context of a CMM-based improvement initiative. Specific examples of corporate measurement scorecards and the journey towards improved measurement data quality and consistency are also shared.
