	Your conference registration includes continental breakfast, lunch, and admission to conference events on the day(s) you are scheduled to attend classes or tutorials. Other meals, transportation, entertainment, and lodging are the responsibility of the attendee. Cancellation Policy Registrations canceled after October 20, 2008, are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No cancellations or refunds may be made after October 27, 2008. Substitutions may be made at any time before the first day of the program. Call our Client Support Group at 888-268-8770 or 904-278-0524 to obtain a cancellation code. All valid cancellations require a cancellation code.
	* Each conference package fee includes $39 for a digital subscription to Better Software magazine. If you are a current subscriber, your subscription will be extended an additional ten issues.
